Design challenge
Deliver overall user experience of first of its kind oral healthcare mobile app platform for Philips Sonicare. Design innovative digital experiences to keep users engaged in oral health through connected brushing and breath care. Harmonize design concepts with newly established digital design language system by leveraging light as a metaphor, aligning Ux with existing patterns and working with Philips global design organization to evolve design language as necessary.
Approach:
Establish consumer digital design methodology and execution strategy. Lead digital design scrum team as part of Scaled Agile development team and actively participate in story grooming and sprint demos. Develop Ux concepts based on design language system patterns and validate experiences with users both in the lab and in home by partnering with business stakeholders and research organization. Iterate design concepts based on feedback and work with development team to capture and groom agile user epics and stories.
